Iv visited today to purchase a suit for my grandsons prom , the personal attention to both of us was unique and very pleasant no rushing and no sales talk, jack was shown what he wanted and what colour suited him best.
Jack was left feeling like a VIP and as he said in his own words LIKE A MILLION DOLLERS😀 that to myself was very satisfying.
We will be back definitely five stars also to the spotless store and the rest of the lovely staff a big thank you to all of you 🙋🏼♀️

Dreadful customer service!
Long story….cut short.
Bought some items in a Hugo Boss store. One item shrunk despite being washed excactly as the label. Took 3 emails to get their customer service team to read my email properly - they kept responding with pre-written dismissive emails. 5 emails later, many photos and explanations and only after I threatened to take it further did they provide me with compensation. However, they refused to replace the item, refused a cash/card refund, credit for instore (closest store as I had told them is over an hour drive away) or finally an online credit that requires me to spend a further £25 and lose the discount I received instore. Disgusting behaviour!!!! I won’t be purchasing Hugo Boss ever again. Money grabbing and don’t care about customers - hide behind corporate red tape!
Privacy concerns
I've had enough of companies sharing our data. I do not like how the big G company has its nose into everybody's data. When I sign up for apps I expect as much privacy as I can get especially when I'm spending plenty of cash for items. Even turning off as much privacy on apps as possible, Hugo Boss is still sharing necessary cookies with G the big dog data hogger. I do not see any reason why any shop should need to share this with any other company except for potential fraud or legal reasons. For this reason I have closed my account and will move back to shopping in-stores where I do not get my data shared with data builders in other countries who I do not wish to deal with
